About One Warren Place
A 20-story suburban Class "A" office tower with 470,025 square feet. The building and its adjacent parking garage were constructed in 1983. It is the second largest suburban office building in the state of Oklahoma.
The elegant entry lobby features imported Impala Black mahogany from Africa. The mahogany panels add a warm and rich accent.
The reinforced concrete structure has an exterior curtain wall system of pre-cast concrete panels and windows of energy efficient solar bronze glass. Vertical transportation in the building consists of ten passenger elevators and one freight/service elevator.
The building offers large floor plates of approximately 23,500 rentable square feet. The building is fully sprinklered and features 8' 6" ceilings, parabolic lens lighting and full height solid core mahogany doors. All building systems are monitored by a state of the art energy management system.
A canopied walkway connects the building with a free standing six level parking structure containing over 1,800 spaces. A surface parking lot of 86 spaces separates the building from the parking structure.
The building and garage are situated on a 4.82 acre tract located within the 52 acre mixed use Warren Place development.
