Building Access
Building Hours/After Hours Procedures
- Warren Place office buildings are open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on Holidays. And, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday During all other hours, the buildings are closed to the general public. The revolving doors are locked.
- You will be able to enter the buildings after hours with your Access Card. The One Warren Place access reader is located near the south entrance doors The Two Warren Place access card reader is located near the north entrance doors. The access card will allow entry through the door nearest the card reader.
Deliveries & Freight
- Freight deliveries into the building and to your office are made from 8:00 am. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by use of the freight elevator located in the freight dock area (basement level). All purchases/deliveries should specify “inside delivery” to your suite if possible.
- If you anticipate large deliveries, please report them to the Operations Center at 494-8090 to allow for proper freight/service elevator access. At the time you order deliveries, please inform your vendor that we have a loading dock, and we have a freight/service elevator to transport any items to be delivered.
