Health Zone is a state-of-the-art 70,000 square-foot fitness facility offering an array of exercise equipment, an extensive selection of classes and a variety of programs.
The facility is equipped with a 15,000 square-foot exercise area with the latest equipment, cardiovascular and strength training machines, free weights and three-lane indoor track. It also has group exercise studios; Pilates studio; yoga studio; individual and small group personal training studio; basketball, volleyball and racquetball courts; two heated pools; a massage studio; spa; Zone Appetit Deli and Kid Zone - onsite child care managed by nationally accredited Ave Maria House.
Health Zone follows the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines regarding exercise testing. All members are required to have a basic evaluation as part of their membership fee. The results of the testing are classified in two levels.
